of Goods by Land, Sea and/or Air. We represent some Insurance
Companies on cases of Salvage Charges and also on General Average
Expenditures, Contributions & Adjustments and how accurate and correct
the adjustment is before assessed contribution is remitted.
Also, we handle the Ship-Owners' Interests on cases of
P&I (Protection and Indemnity) and liability of Cargo Owners as per
the existing laws/rules under the Carriage of Goods by Sea Acts and
contract of Affreightment as evidenced by the "Bills of
Lading." In addition, Aviation Liability Claims are handled
with ease, efficiently and effectively by our Aviation Experts.
