 CARGO SUPERINTENDING/SURVEY

We offer our professional services in respect of "CARGO SUPERINTENDING" through our extensive and effective operations such as pre-discharge inspection of the goods in the Cargo held jointly with the Master of the Vessel; discharge supervision and control; effective monitoring of the stevedoring operations to prevent and minimize damage against the Invoice/ Bill of Lading; providing additional security where necessary to further safeguard the cargo whilst in Port Authorities/ Customs custody and finally to accompany the cargo to it's final destination for further and final inspection.
We also carry out PRE-SHIPMENT SURVEYS on agricultural produce and other raw materials and issue our professional advice as to the most appropriate method of packaging for each commodity.  The Pre-shipment survey is backed with certificate(s) which facilitate easy handling of claims in the event of loss and/or damage discovered at the Port of Discharge.
In addition, we carry out Cargo Loss/Damage Surveys at any Port of location within and outside the country at the shortest possible time of receiving instructions, and act as recovery agent for Insurance Companies in exercising their Subrogation Rights against negligent bailee/party(ies) responsible for the loss.  With our legal support services and our Overseas Associates, we are at a vantage position at pursuing recoveries against negligent Ship-owner, Bailee for rewards, Ware-housemen, Supplier, etc.  This service is on a "NO CURE, NO PAY" basis.
