THE FIRM

EQUITY TRUST LOSS ADJUSTERS LIMITED was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990 of Federal Republic of Nigeria on 9th December, 1991 with Registration Number RC. 182690

Thereafter, EQUITY TRUST LOSS ADJUSTERS LIMITED was registered under the INSURANCE DECREE OF 1976 with the then Insurance Department of the Federal Ministry of Finance and Economics Development and granted a license to practice as a firm of Loss Adjusters with registration No. RB 454 in 1991.
The Firm has now been re-licensed as Loss Adjusting Firm No: 003 in Nigeria by the NATIONAL INSURANCE COMMISSION [NAICOM] in accordance with the NIGERIAN INSURANCE ACTS 2003

Presently, the company's services are fully computerized and with all office automation equipment and accessories including Laptop computers being standard and used where urgent information are down loaded from the risk location directly to our head office or to our Principals, as the case may require.

Our corporate office is situated at 17 Murtala Muhammed International Airport Road, Lagos, which is the main route servicing the AIR and SEA PORTS being gateways to the commercial capital city of LAGOS.

Equity Trust Loss Adjusters has carried out many professional assignments outside the shores of Nigeria, mainly within the West Coast of Africa and including the Central of Africa.

We have represented overseas Insurers in carrying out surveys, cargo superintending, discharging tallies of many consignments of Continental Grains of NY, USA to West Coasts such as Cotonou and other West Africa Sea ports up to Matadi Port in Zaire, and also fire and allied perils' surveys of warehouses wherein the grains were to be stored.
